The Archived Database Management Centers is a Generic Element that represents centralized office locations, systems, and personnel for agencies that collect, or may have an interest in, collecting, archiving, managing, and distributing data generated from various ITS sources. These agencies are typically regional in nature and use the data for transportation administration, policy evaluation, safety, planning, performance monitoring, program assessment, operations, and research applications.
